Mr. Page received his B.A. in 1966 and his J.D. in 1969 from Duke University. He concentrates his practice in Utility, Landline and Mobile Communications, Administrative, Cooperative and Corporate Law. He is licensed to practice in North Carolina, U.S. District Court - Eastern District of North Carolina, U.S. Court of Appeals - District of Columbia Circuit ,  U.S. Court of Appeals-Fourth Circuit
 and U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Page has worked as Assistant District Attorney in Fayetteville, NC and as Staff Attorney and Hearing Officer for the NC Utilities Commission, as Staff Counsel and Chief Counsel of the Public Staff of the North Carolina Utilities Commission in Raleigh, NC and has been a partner in private practice at Crisp, Page & Currin, L.L.P. since 1982.  Mr. Page is a qualified arbitrator in North Carolina District 10 and has completed Mediator Training courses. He is a member of Wake County, North Carolina and American Bar Associations, North Carolina State Bar, Inc., North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, North Carolina EMC Counsel Association and the Electric Cooperative Bar Association.  Email Mr. Page
